Colour Inspiration: Aqua, Pink and Gold
This is such a vibrant colour scheme, isn't it? I love the combination of fresh blue, hot pink and the glitz of gold. It is perfect for a spring or summer wedding, when the bold colours will work wonders with the sunlight and warmer evenings.
Colour Inspiration: Eucalyptus and Copper
Copper and eucalyptus are such a beautiful combination and one that I wanted to kick off 2017 with. It's perfect for a winter wedding with the warm tones of the copper, but also the lightness of eucalyptus makes it look lovely for the spring and summer, too.
Colour Inspiration: Burgundy and Copper
There couldn't be a more stunning colour moodboard for winter than this gorgeous copper and burgundy. It is filled with warmth and rich hues and would make for the perfect backdrop to a 2017 autumn or winter wedding.
Colour Inspiration: Orchid
An orchid-colour wedding would really take your guest’s breaths away. It is such a gorgeous shade and can really be used at any time of year, looking especially magical set against candlelight and a bit of shimmer.
Colour Inspiration: Ice Blue and Grey
This colour scheme is so delicate and one of my favourites for both a winter wedding and one that’ll be by the sea. It feels like snowdrops and calm coastal bays all in one; serene and gentle and mild.
Colour Inspiration: Coral and Brown
If you’re planning a rustic wedding, then this gorgeous coral and brown wedding colour scheme is the one for you. It goes beautifully with all those rustic and natural elements that you’ll be looking at with this style of wedding.
Colour Inspiration: Gold and Teal
Since it's the run up to Christmas, our colour inspiration this week had to include a bit of shimmer. Gold shimmer, of course. Instead of teaming the glorious gold shade with a fresh tone, team it with something a little deeper, like a teal, for an indulgent colour inspiration.
Colour Inspiration: Pale Pink and Lilac
For the ultimate girly wedding, opt for pale pink and lilac colours. These soft shades look like butter wouldn't melt and are perfect for a springtime wedding when pastels and new colours are just peeping their heads up after the winter.
Colour Inspiration: Winter Sage
Sage is a beautiful, serine colour for a winter wedding. It works beautifully alongside the whites and creams that the season provides. It can be coupled with golds, deep purples, or even black, or can be left just as it is, in its natural state, looking like an extension of the natural underfoot and above.
Colour Inspiration: Cobalt Blue
Cobalt blue is a blue pigment and one of the freshest hues to have as your wedding day colour and especially perfect if you are saying I do by the sea. It is like for like with a royal blue shade so it should be easy to incorporate into your day in terms of flowers, clothing and decorations.
